Terms for qualified lead introductions.

Platform role

Fish & Spices collects, stores and qualifies commercial leads, explores potential matching and may facilitate consent-based introductions. It does not own inventory, act as buyer or seller, hold client money, provide escrow, guarantee participants or become a party to contracts between users.

Accurate, authorised information

You must provide current, accurate information you are authorised to share. Sellers must own or be authorised to offer described stock. You must not submit false availability, impersonate a business, misrepresent licences or certifications, infringe rights or use the platform unlawfully.

No guaranteed outcome

A public reference confirms only successful receipt. Review, verification activity, follow-up or an introduction is not acceptance or a guarantee of a match or transaction. Unchecked leads are not verified.

Independent due diligence

Users must independently verify identity, authority, registration, licences, certifications, product evidence, samples, laboratory and inspection reports, bank details and contract terms. Applicable food, fishery, business, customs and export requirements remain each party's responsibility.

Commercial arrangements

Participants independently negotiate and document specifications, price, Incoterms, payment, inspection, risk, title, insurance, regulatory compliance, logistics, remedies and disputes. Avoid undocumented advance payments and independently confirm bank details.

Privacy and introductions

Seller and buyer submissions are private and are not public listings. Matching is reviewed by administrators. Fish & Spices must not introduce parties automatically; consent from both sides is required before an introduction is recorded.

Evidence restrictions

Do not upload or send passports, national IDs, bank statements, certificates or laboratory files through these forms. The current phase accepts declarations and text descriptions only.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable or changed for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. These terms and the privacy notice may be updated. Continued use after an update is subject to the current published versions.
